  • Organisational Policies: Digital documentation and distribution of company policies accessible through the employee portal.

  • Leave Management: Configuration of custom leave types, accruals, automated workflows for leave applications, approvals, and real-time leave tracking.

  • Compensation: Setting up compensation structures to maintain accurate compensation records.

  • Employee Engagement: Activation of engagement tools and surveys to regularly capture employee feedback and sentiment.

The implementation fully utilised Zoho People's native features ensuring a robust yet straightforward solution.


Training provided:

Administrative users participated in targeted training sessions, covering system administration, module management, user roles, and permissions. Additional training for business users, focused on day-to-day use of Zoho People, was provided by Zuccess.
