Wimpie Nortje | CTO of Strauss & Co

We had an outstanding experience working with Both&, and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they took the time to thoroughly understand our business processes end-to-end. We operate with fairly bespoke workflows, yet they approached every challenge with a thoughtful, solutions-driven mindset. No obstacle ever felt too difficult - they consistently found smart, effective ways to streamline and optimise our Zoho CRM.

Beyond their technical ability, they were an absolute pleasure to work with! We’re delighted with the results and will absolutely continue to work with them on future digital projects. A fantastic partner to have.

Working with the Both& team was a refreshing experience. As a business we were really excited to develop and implement the Zoho solution and our excitement was meet by expertise and eagerness to meet our business requirements. The organisation and consistency through the project allowed us to progress smoothly and within the time frame.

Sam Weldon | NMG

LSD Open decided to replace all our myriad individual SaaS subscriptions with various providers by purchasing a Zoho One subscription. We engaged with Both& as our implementation partner, and I am very satisfied with the choice.

They have been extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgable in their dealings with us. Together we implemented Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, Recruit, People and several supporting modules.

It has been a pleasant and successful journey with Both& as our partner, and I can highly recommend them for your ZOHO implementation.

From the initial information sessions through onboarding and ongoing support, the team has consistently demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness. Their ability to manage query turnaround times efficiently has been invaluable, particularly in our industry where uninterrupted operations and timely reporting are critical.

Diani Smit | Founder & CEO of Hatch Communication

The system they developed for my business is nothing short of remarkable. It seamlessly integrates various software and tools, allowing for smooth communication and process flow. This has significantly enhanced productivity and eliminated unnecessary manual tasks.

If you are looking to take your business to the next level with optimization and automation through technology, I wholeheartedly recommend engaging with them.

Michael Billson | Founder of Silverline Brands

It's indeed a pleasure dealing with a professional outfit like Both&. We implemented Zoho One (specific focus on Desk and Anayltics) and recently Trainer Central. On time and quality implementation. Also considering other initiatives, given their reliability.
